Health and Wellness Tips

* Drinking coffee can help reduce risk of heart disease and liver cirrhosis.
* Just keep those healthy foods and snacks.
* Drink plenty of water everyday, at least 8 glasses a day.
* Never skip meals.
* Quit smoking.
* Exercise at least trice a week.
* Take a nap and don't work in your bed.
* Take vitamins and supplements.
* Wash your hands more often.
* Relax with your hobbies.
* Get along with your family or friends.
* Do not think of the things that will make you sad.
* And be HAPPY ALWAYS....:)
