Teeth are important in many ways. It is a big factor in our life, we used teeth when we smile to have a good look, we used teeth when we swallow food, we can speak clearly and its a vital to the appearance of our face. We need to take care of them so that they'll help take care of us also. Health experts highly recommended brushing the teeth every eating foods/meals. Taking care of our teeth helps prevent plaque, which the bacteria sticks into our teeth. Bacteria are causing cavities and tooth decay, Plaque also causes gingivitis, which is a gum disease that can make your gums red, swollen, and sore.

How to take care of our TEETH:
* Brush at least twice a day, be sure to brushed it properly. Dentist recommend around two minutes in brushing the teeth.
* Used a soft medium toothbrush with thin flexible synthetic bristles.
* Used fluoride toothpaste to avoid tooth decay.
* Toothbrush must be replaced every 3 months.
* Used dental floss to help remove particles a toothbrush cannot reach.
* Avoid eating sweet foods and drinks throughout the day.
* Visit the dentist regularly to have check up your teeth.

Rest and Sleep















Do you want to have good health and good looking? Rest and Sleep, that's what we need! When we sleep, the heart and blood system also rests, because it's when the blood pressure and muscle contraction are slower. Rest is a state of inactivity both body and mind. Some part of our body maybe at rest when we sleep, such as our arms and legs that we usually used for the whole day. And when we are sleeping our mind is also at rest, we are not thinking very hard when we sleep. Good sleep can also help the metabolism of our body. However, Lack of sleep can cause dizziness, nausea, headaches, memory loss and hallucination. It also suppresses the growth of hormones, and a person may lost their self control. Gradual healing requires Relaxation, Rest and Sleep.
