Lack of personal hygiene are causes of various diseases. Disease germs can enter the body only in limited number of ways, and one of the major ways is through the skin. The daily habit of ensuring hygienic lifestyle will save us from future health care cost and proper sanitary practices is very important because it affects our self confidence, self esteem, productivity and relationship with others. Everyday we interact with other people and having bad breath, stained teeth, body odors, dirty fingers, dandruff and smelly feet is really disgusting and a big turn off! Simple precautions are very effective. Hands commonly use in contact with disease germs than any other part of our body and therefore, they should be washed frequently.

Whiter and Fresher Breath














Teeth are important in many ways. It is a big factor in our life, we used teeth when we smile to have a good look, we used teeth when we swallow food, we can speak clearly and its a vital to the appearance of our face. We need to take care of them so that they'll help take care of us also. Health experts highly recommended brushing the teeth every eating foods/meals. Taking care of our teeth helps prevent plaque, which the bacteria sticks into our teeth. Bacteria are causing cavities and tooth decay, Plaque also causes gingivitis, which is a gum disease that can make your gums red, swollen, and sore.

How to take care of our TEETH:
